Neal directs all of K2B's marketing and sales activities and is ultimately responsible for developing and executing the firm's sales strategy. His responsibilities include coordinating K2B's sales and marketing efforts, building effective direct and indirect sales channels, and facilitating discussions with potential alliance partners; all to ensure that K2B's advanced solutions continue to create maximum value for clients.

Underberg has over 12 years of experience with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, implementing business applications as well as account management and sales. Neal has accumulated an impressive sales record, closing competitive deals, exceeding sales targets and winning several major new accounts with Fortune 200 companies. Additionally, he has implemented sizable projects, ranging from vertical business integration to custom developed interface applications for complex industries. Therefore, Neal has a depth of technical and business process acumen that complements his sales experience.

Wolf founded K2B with a vision to revolutionize the way advanced supply chain solutions are delivered to businesses. Wolf's job is to create the vision and strategy to continually create value through the application of K2B's solutions. Wolf also works closely with K2B's product development team to align existing and new products with customer requirements.

Kursten was employed with Andersen Consulting for 10 years where he was involved in implementing MRP II, DRP (Distribution Resource Planning) and ERP systems as well as pursuing potential customers. Wolf joined Ernst & Young in 1996 and held a key management position in a start-up ASP which included developing the corporate strategy for the ASP, designing the business models and technical strategy for the ASP's clients, and managing the implementation and operation of supply chain optimization software tools and all supporting technologies.

David is responsible for the development and delivery of K2B's solution set as well as ensuring that the K2B services continually exceed client expectations. As part of these responsibilities, Cox is committed to growing K2B's client services team in order to deliver and maintain an exceptional service level for our customer solutions.

Cox has focused his career implementing various supply chain solutions and enterprise resource planning systems and comes to K2B after several years of service as part of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's management consulting practice. Experiences spanned across industries such as consumer packaged goods, life sciences, high tech, and agribusiness while his project efforts targeted synchronizing business solutions' process, functional, and integration components.

In addition to his supply chain experiences, Cox brings broad project management and support services methodology to our customers and team projects.

Tim is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of K2B's software product as well as the design and management of all supporting databases and interfaces. In his efforts to implement an easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain interface, Tim and his team have delivered an application and database structure that is flexible enough to evolve with our clients' requirements.

Prior to joining K2B, Tim worked as a business solutions consultant in the role of developer and project manager. In his 10+ years of application and database development experience, Tim has worked in a wide range of industries that include: energy, government, healthcare, marketing, petroleum, telecommunications, and transportation.

Tim is instrumental in ensuring K2B's solutions sustain the competitive market level with object-oriented industry standard development tools and practices.
